Vickie leads the business — strategy, positioning, client experience and the front-end advisory relationship. She is fast, decisive and commercially sharp, and the reason every client engagement starts with the wealth plan, not the property.
She does not just bring formal training in town planning and development. She is university-educated and has worked in town planning and property development on both sides of the world — alongside two decades of building businesses with Andrew across multiple ventures. That combination of formal property expertise, international experience and hands-on business judgement is what shapes the strategic front of the practice.
Her role is to make sure the strategy is right before any acquisition begins. That the brief is built around the client's structure, timeline and goals. And that the client journey feels premium, considered and clear at every step. Vickie is the reason the work feels like a real partnership — thought through, well held, and built to last beyond any single acquisition.
